Credit Management– This training is meant to avoid the credit controllers becoming debt collectors, and receivables from becoming debts, in the essence of the ease of collection. Receivables collection is an easy task, well planned out to perfection. It covers both the receivables and payables, and explains the thin trade off between both. Bad debts are a result of poor receivables collection policies, and therefore we train credit staff to be wary of these trends, and stay on top of their game.
